MODERATION POLICY.

FightMyAds sells ranked advertising space: brands pay to boost a listing — its name, headline, description, logo, and the link to its website — into today's battle. This policy explains how those listings are reviewed, what is not allowed, how anyone can report a listing, and what happens to payments when a listing is removed.

How listings are built and reviewed

A listing is generated automatically from the website address a buyer enters: its name, logo, and copy come from the site itself. Listings appear in the arena right away, and every listing is subject to moderation — before, during, or after it is displayed. We may edit a listing's copy to fit the arena, suspend it pending review, or remove it entirely under this policy.

What we do not allow

No listing or linked website may contain, promote, or profit from:

• Anything illegal in the United States or the country the listing operates from.
• Sexual content, adult services, or content involving minors in any way.
• Hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality.
• Violence, gore, or the promotion of terrorism or self-harm.
• Malware, phishing, spyware, or any link that harms or deceives the person clicking it.
• Scams, pyramid and Ponzi schemes, fake lotteries, or deceptive business offers.
• Counterfeit goods and infringement on trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property.
• Misleading claims about health, finance, or investments — including unproven cures and guaranteed-return schemes.
• Illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, weapons, and ammunition.
• Unlicensed gambling or betting services.
• Spam, link farms, or websites with no real content whose only purpose is to display ads.

Rejections, removals, and refunds

A listing that breaks this policy is pulled from the arena. When that happens, any boost payments made toward that listing are refunded in full to the original payment method. A buyer whose listing is removed is told why; a buyer whose listing never clears review is not charged for placement.

How to report a listing

Anyone — buyers or spectators — can report a listing by emailing aniket84792@gmail.com with the brand's name or website address and, if possible, a screenshot or the reason it concerns you. We review every report, and listings that clearly break the policy are suspended immediately while we look.

Appeals and repeat violations

If your listing is removed and you believe that is a mistake, reply to the removal notice and we will re-review it. Brands or websites that repeatedly break this policy are barred from the arena, and their listings will not be accepted again.
